Please read the following information carefully before purchasing your tickets on-line. 

• Tickets can be purchased up to 30 days in advance.
• We are closed on Christmas Day.
• Tickets are valid for 1 calendar week (7 days) from the selected date.
• Tickets presented after this time will not be accepted.
• On-line tickets are strictly non refundable.
• You will receive confirmation of your order and a unique order number by e-mail.
• You have the option to receive confirmation via a free text message (UK operators only) to your mobile phone.
• The Order Number must be quoted on arrival at admissions along with your name.
• Combined Aquarium and Steam Train tickets are NOT guaranteed seats or space on any specified trains during the valid period of the ticket.  Combined train/aquarium tickets are next available from 31st March 2012.
• Unfortunately payment cannot be made by American Express (whilst the banks system includes an AMEX option payment cannot be made by this method).
